Domestic Cylinders

World Heat Cylinders take pride in the high quality of hot water cylinders and buffer vessels we manufacture. Our extensive range of domestic cylinders range from standard copper vented cylinders through to stainless steel unvented cylinders. We keep a wide range of cylinders in stock for our customers convenience and can manufacture special vessels to suit their exact requirements.

Commercial Calorifiers

WH Cylinders engineers have been designing and manufacturing commercial hot water storage calorifiers and buffer vessels for many years serving their time for some of the most well known manufactures in the country. We manufacture calorifiers up to 10,000 litre in capacity, U-tube heat exchangers and much more from copper, stainless steel and mild steel materials.

World Heat Cylinders expertise and skills allow us to design, manufacture and test bespoke hot water cylinders and buffer vessels for our customers quickly. We can manufacture any size or type of vessel with any type of control system mounted. Our after sales support team of engineers can also assist in commissioning systems on site, attend breakdowns and annual service calls for our customers whenever required.

Recent expansions within both our technical and manufacturing departments has provided us with the necessary knowledge, expertise and capabilities to offer an extended range of bespoke packaged designs and solutions manufactured within our very own manufacturing facility.

Repairs and Replacements

World Heat Cylinders offer an on site calorifier repair service for older vessels which may be leaking. If you have a calorifier installed which requires a repair please take some photos, email them to us at sales@whcylinders.co.uk and we’ll be in touch to discuss how we may be able to assist. Welding and Fabrication

Although World Heat specialise in the production of storage and pressure vessels we also provide a welding and fabrication service for customers in Tameside, Manchester and the UK as a whole. Our skilled fabricators and coded welders can produce bespoke fabricated and welded products for any application. We specialise in stainless steel and mild steel welding and fabrication processes such as bespoke pipe work and headers, steel framework and sheet metal work.
